LargestShiftedPart on IntegerPartition
The largest part after adding i - 1 to the i-th part.
One less than MaximalRectangleHalfPerimeter, except that both are 0 on the empty partition.
Called as CombinatorialStat(x, "LargestShiftedPart"). The head's page has its examples.
