Conforms

Generated from the engine's own definition: compute-engine's symbol, which we neither extend nor document by hand. No examples yet — the crosswalk is the reason it has a page.

True iff the subject conforms to EVERY named protocol. A type VALUE subject asks whether that type conforms (the branch is unambiguous because the type primitive itself declares no conformances); any other subject is evaluated once and its precise type is asked. This is the lowering of the Epsil x is Hashable & Comparable test. A valueless or unresolved subject stays symbolic; an unknown protocol name is an error; an Error-valued subject answers False (the error type declares no conformances). Conformance is monotone but late-bound: the answer reflects the registry at the moment of evaluation.
