WithRandomSeed

Generated from the engine's own definition: compute-engine's symbol, which we neither extend nor document by hand. No examples yet — the crosswalk is the reason it has a page.

WithRandomSeed(seed, body): evaluate body with a random seed frame seeded by seed (a finite real or a string). The block replays identically, while repeated draws WITHIN the frame differ (the n-th draw is hash(seed, n)). Scoping is dynamic: the frame is active through user-function calls, not just lexically inside body. Frames nest and the innermost wins. Counters are per-frame, so a nested frame does not perturb its parent's subsequent draws. Outside any frame, draws are live (non-deterministic).
