Details
- Edge direction is ignored -- built from the underlying (undirected) adjacency matrix, same convention as IsConnectedGraph.
- Normalized so the entries SUM to 1 -- kernel-verified against Wolfram 15: PathGraph({1,2,3,4}) -> {0.190983, 0.309017, 0.309017, 0.190983}, StarGraph(4) -> {0.366025, 0.211325, 0.211325, 0.211325}.
- Computed by power iteration on (adjacency + identity), not the bare adjacency matrix -- a bipartite graph's spectrum is symmetric about 0, and the +1 shift is what keeps the iteration from oscillating between the two equal-magnitude extreme eigenvalues.
